“You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the world.”

Bio
I’m a simple but tremendously curious person. I decided to study Physics just for fun. I really enjoy discovering, knowing and understanding about the only universe I’ll ever life on. I’ve developed a great love for Solid State Physics and Statistical Mechanics. I even ended up doing a PhD towards understanding Metal-Insulator transitions. Nowadays I’m focusing on the emergent field of Machine Learning.
I learned programming quite early in my life and I since then could not stop being around computers. They dominate a big part of my life, and I explicitly integrated them to my research work by developing computer simulations.
I have learned everything about computers online, but learning requires seeing how things are done. Free Software encompasses this philosophy very nicely, where you share your work for others to learn about it and even better build upon it. You can find about the projects I work on in my git repositories : Github/Titan-C, Gitlab/Titan-C.
Free time has become scarce in the last years, but when I get a chance I got out to dance. I do ballroom dancing. Dancing is the most amazing combination of Art and Sport I have ever practiced. It is giving motion to emotion. I also love to travel.
